Culinary news from Hockley Valley Resort

Construction is underway at Hockley Valley Resort for cabin, a new restaurant showcasing Canadiana cuisine, which will open December 17.  Under the direction of acclaimed Canadian Chef Michael Potters, cabin will celebrate the best of local cuisine, using ingredients from the resort’s two-acre fruit and vegetable garden, seasonal preserves, and fare from local farmers and suppliers.
