Parents who want to take the kids out for the first time to golf or
fish have a week of savings ahead. Two significant events are Family
Fishing Week (
Licence-free fishing in Ontario), and
Take a Kid To The Course Week. Both events end July

Mix water sports with Family Fishing Week |
Many
parents are attempting to get the kids outdoors with affordable fresh
air activities. This is a good week to save money and take a
last-minute Ontario staycation close
to home. Many stories have appeared recently about childrens' nature
deficit disorder. Kids are losing touch with our natural world.
Fishing and golf connect kids with outdoor activities.
