Ontario Apple Picking Time North of Toronto

The last weekend in September in Ontario is a time for Apple Harvest family fun. Apple Picking is one of the favorite fall activities that the entire family can take part in.

In addition there are a number of Apple Harvest Festivals taking place.

Brighton Ontario Applefest: The community of Brighton is situated in eastern Ontario and is surrounded by rich agricultural land with an abundance of apple orchards and roadside farmers, stalls.To celebrate the bountiful apple harvest at the height of the apple harvesting season Brighton celebrates its annual Applefest festival in the last full weekend of September.

Meaford Ontario Apple Harvest: Over 200 exhibits to visit and shop at including needlework, leather, blacksmithing, woodworking, colonial tinware, wooden and stuffed toys, collectibles, stained glass, pottery, folk art, paintings in various media, photography ...... and much, much more.

Pick your fall color drive to Brighton , or a fall colours drive in the Meaford Georgian Bay area.
