We are still swimming in our lake, McFarlane lake, in Sudbury. Days are warm and nights are cool for goodnight sleeping.
The fall colours will be wonderful as the wet summer made our woods and foliage become full and lush.

The Ministry of Tourism started the fall colour reports today, September 8th, and is reporting that Algonquin Park area is showing a 10-20% leaf colour change.
I have been hiking at Laurentian University (hiking/summer & skiing/winter trails) and I saw some beautiful multi-coloured maple leaves.
